In 2014 I was asked to consult on a quick redesign of the Penn State Graduate School’s Online Application for Admission. The goal of the project was to make quick fixes that could make a huge impact on the usability and accessibility of the online application form. I worked with the project team to create a new process flow for the application form, and then provided page-by-page recomendations to streamline the online form and make it more usable.
