In a project for the Penn State Office of Planning & Institutional Assessment I was responsible for reorganizing the information architecture (with feedback from the owners of the website) and creating a set of wireframes for their new site.

Penn State Learning requested a completely website redesign, including new information architecture and design. I was responsible for creating the new IA, a set of wireframes and also doing a usability test using Verify. The usability test consisted of a short survey with two open ended questions and 2 click tracking questions. At the conclusion of the test I analyzed the results and provided a set of recommendations. Below is the last page of the usability test results report that I created.
